1. Pick Event Type: Visit our Home Page or Services Menu and click on the type of event you want to book.

2. Select Your Desired Location: This will take you to our Event Calendar page.

3. Choose Your Date: Review the dates and times available. Once you find a suitable date and time for your event, click on the BOOK NOW button.

4. Complete the Booking Form: Include the required information:

• • Your name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Estimated number of participants
  • Project choice: Specify which project you want to offer at your event.
  • Age of participants
  • Guest of Honor’s name (if applicable)
  • Any special requests or comments

Please note that when choosing a project, we are unable to mix clothing items (such as t-shirts, hoodies, joggers, tote bags, or beach towels) with hard surface items (like canvases or skate decks). Be sure to select projects that are compatible with your group’s preferences.

Also, we recommend limiting the project choices to a maximum of two items for your guests to choose from.This help streamline the event planning process.

Participants must be 8 years of age or older to attend a private event at any of our Graff Lab Studio locations.We believe that this age requirement ensures that attendees have the necessary dexterity, coordination, and understanding to fully participate in our graffiti art activities.

For younger art enthusiasts under the age of 8, we welcome them to join the creative experience when accompanied by a responsible adult. The active presence of an adult is required to assist and supervise younger participants with the spray-painting process.

Yes! To enhance your private event experience at Graff Lab Studio, we offer a convenient food package option designed to make your event even more enjoyable and hassle-free.

Food Package:

• Each guests will receive a slice of pizza, drinks, and tableware
• Dedicated Staff: Our friendly and attentive staff will be on hand to serve and assist you and your guests throughout the event.
• Cleanup: After the event concludes, our team takes care of the cleanup, allowing you to relax and enjoy the moment.
• Note: There is additional food items you can choose from
• The only thing you are responsible for is  a cake or cupcakes and candles.

Additional Pies of Pizza:

• If you require more than the pies of pizza that are included, simply add that to your booking. Additional regular pies are available for an extra $25 each.

Congratulations on creating your unique street art apparel masterpiece at Graff Lab Studio! To ensure the longevity of your artwork and the quality of your apparel, please follow these washing instructions:

• Wait for 72 Hours: After creating your project, it’s essential to allow it to fully cure for 72 hours before washing.
• Prepare for Washing:
  • Turn your apparel inside out before washing.
  • Iron on high for 5 minutes: If you have access to an iron, turn your apparel inside out and iron it on a high setting for 5 minutes. This heat treatment helps set the paint and enhances its durability.
  • Alternative for Iron Allergy: If you are allergic to using an iron, you can achieve the same effect by turning your apparel inside out and placing it in your dryer on a high-heat setting for 5 minutes. The heat will help set the paint.
• Wash in Cold Water: When it’s time to wash your street art designer apparel, use cold water. Washing in cold water helps preserve the vibrancy of the spray-painted design.
• Hang to Dry: After washing, hang your apparel to dry. Avoid using a dryer, as the heat can affect the paint and fabric. By air drying, you ensure that your artwork remains in excellent condition.

Party Duration: Our parties are 2 hours long. If you are doing a public workshop they are 1.5 hours.

Please always arrive on time, the instructor gives a thorough demonstration in the beginning of the workshop to go over techniques and rules.

Parents are allowed to stay and watch during events at Graff Lab Studio. In fact, we also provide gloves and aprons for parents who would like to participate! This fosters a family-friendly and inclusive studio experience, allowing parents to engage with their children and be part of the creative process.
